OK, I know it's impossible to say what beers are the "best" in any particular beer style since taste is very subjective. However, I feel these hit the mark every time and you will not likely be disappointed with any of these. This list is specifically for West Coast IPA. After hearing this beer won Phoenix Magazine's best West Coast IPA in Arizona, I needed to check this one out. I have to say, I was not disappointed! I would call it West Coast IPA 1.5 where the malt bill is super light and dry, allowing the hops to shine. I picked up Pine resin and grapefruit zest with a clean dry finish. Well Done!
