Wren House Pale Ale Release in collab with Trout Unlimited AZ
Brewed in collaboration with @trout_unlimited_arizona , this one celebrates the Apache trout while helping bring awareness to the conservation work being done to protect Arizona’s rivers, streams, and native fish populations.
APACHE TROUT
Our newest pale ale is brewed in collaboration with the Arizona chapter of Trout Unlimited. Named after Arizona’s native Apache trout and created to help bring awareness to preserving the waterways these fish call home. Built on the bones of a classic American-style pale ale, this version pushes the hop expression a bit further with Chinook, Cascade, Simcoe, and an experimental hop product from Yakima Chief Hops. Expect bright citrus, pine, light resin, and a crisp bitterness layered over a clean, sturdy malt backbone. Refreshing, flavorful, and built for long days outside... it’s everything you want from a river beer. 5.3% ABV.
Wren House Kentucky Commons New Release
Friday’s first release is a special one 🍻 We brewed this collaboration with our friends at @bagelfelds in support of getting their doors back open at their Phoenix bakery after last month’s fire.
BAGELFELDS
Bagelfelds is our take on a classic Kentucky Common, a historic pre-Prohibition beer style that originated in Louisville in the late 1800s as an affordable, everyday drinking beer for working-class neighborhoods. Clocking in at 5%, this version leans heavily on corn in the mash (reminiscent of a bourbon mash bill) giving it a soft body and incredibly drinkable finish. Expect a malt-forward profile with notes of fresh bread crust, light toast, and subtle sweetness balanced by an easy, refreshing character that keeps it highly crushable. A portion of proceeds from this beer will go to Bagelfelds to help them rebuild after their bakery fire. 5.0% ABV.
