Strikingly beautiful and deep ruby in color, this Red IPA is a masterclass in old-school craft brewing. We sourced our hops straight from the legendary growers at Yakima, selecting a powerhouse trio to drive its complex flavor profile. Cascade brings a nostalgic wave of classic citrus and floral notes, while Simcoe adds an unmistakable layer of earthy, resinous pine. Mosaic rounds it out with a modern touch of dank, dark berry undertones.
What truly shines is the structural, velvety mid-palate mouthfeel, which expertly balances a robust malt character with a sharp, old-school bitterness that lingers just long enough to demand another sip. 7.2% ABV
