FRESH HOP

Fresh Hop (2026) is our annual celebration of freshly harvested hops, brewed with Chinook grown by independent hop grower Billy Goat Farms. Picked fresh from the bine and rushed into the brewery, these hops bring a an element of freshness that simply can’t be replicated. Built as a classic West Coast IPA, Fresh Hop (2026) highlights some notes we don’t typically see from Chinook but are REALLY diggin’. We’re getting white peach, pine, and pineapple flavor with a fresh, green edge that comes from the hop harvest itself. Crisp, bitter, and intensely aromatic, this is our yearly ode to fresh beer made with fresh hops. You may notice that this has a bit of a haze to it when compared to our other West Coast IPAs. Our production team purposefully skipped filtering procedures to ensure that all those hoppy essence remained for you to enjoy! 6.5% ABV. MORE

Oktoberfest - German Märzen style lager - 5.8% ABV

The classic Oktoberfest beer. Clean, crisp, and easy to drink with a slightly higher ABV than most German Lagers. Toasted bread and cracker flavors from Munich and Vienna malts made with barley grown here in AZ and malted in Camp Verde by @sinaguamalt! MORE

“All the Fall Things”

Pumpkin Ale 6.7% abv

The heat still may be lingering but that doesn’t mean pumpkin spice season isn’t swinging through the valley. We’re greeting Fall early with the return of one of our favorite seasonal’s, “All the Fall things” - Pumpkin Ale. Everything you want in a pumpkin beer, toasty caramel notes, a blend of pumpkin pie spices, caramelized brown sugar and all of the marshmallow fluff. This beer hits all the notes of your classic slice of pumpkin pie with the copious amounts of whipped cream dolloped on top. MORE
