Wren House Blue Ridge WCIPA Release
A fresh West Coast IPA is joining the lineup this Friday
BLUE RIDGE
Our newest West Coast IPA brings together some classic American hop character with some newer varieties we’ve been excited about. Chinook and Simcoe in the boil lay down a familiar foundation of pine, citrus, and resin before a whirlpool addition of Yakima Chief Hops Krush and Superdelic pushes the beer toward brighter layers of orange, tropical fruit, and citrus. A dry hop of Krush, Superdelic, and Simcoe brings it all together with plenty of fresh hop aroma and a touch of dankness. Crisp, bitter, and VERY much a West Coast IPA, this one balances the classic character we love with a more modern hop profile. 6.7% ABV. MORE
