Our pale ale is brewed in collaboration with the Arizona chapter of Trout Unlimited. Named after Arizona’s native Apache trout and created to help bring awareness to preserving the waterways these fish call home. Built on the bones of a classic American-style pale ale, this version pushes the hop expression a bit further with Chinook, Cascade, Simcoe, and an experimental hop product from Yakima Chief Hops. Expect bright citrus, pine, light resin, and a crisp bitterness layered over a clean, sturdy malt backbone.
