Brewed with pilsner malt and malted oats for a crisp, light body with a welcome toasted malt note. Mash hopped with NZ Cascade & Saaz to unlock the tropical character of our thiolized lager strain “Lunar Crush,” then in the kettle, we hopped with more NZ Cascade and Motueka. A light dry hop of Kohia Nelson Hop Kief & NZ Cascade brings it home; citrus rind, peach green tea, passionfruit & gooseberries in every sip.
