And with Arizona serving up another relentless stretch of triple digit heat, we set out to brew something built for exactly this kind of weather. Light, crisp, endlessly drinkable, yet bursting with the kind of hop character you’d expect from a full-sized IPA.
The answer was a heavily hopped, crushable IPA.
