This beer is a labor of love. Ryan and Krystina wake up early and roast 200 pounds of pumpkin in the pizza ovens at Parry's Pizza in Avondale to get it ready for the pumpkin beers, then Ryan adds a secret blend of pumpkin pie spices (ginger, allspice, nutmeg, and 2 kinds of cinnamon).
