Inspired by the larger-than-life art installations at Coachella, we wanted to make a hazy DIPA that felt just as over the top.
Big haze. Big hops. Big flavor.
Extra flaked white wheat gives it a softer finish and a thick, lasting haze, while Strata, Amarillo, El Dorado, American Noble Simcoe, Cryo Simcoe + HyperBoost El Dorado bring layers of dank, tropical and citrus character.
Two-stage double dry-hopped.
