One of our favorite session beers returns, this time with a couple of improvements. Střízlík is a 10 degree Czech Style Pale Lager that uses premium Czech ingredients, like 100% Whole Cone Czech Saaz hops to create a simple yet beautifully flavorful and zippy, little beer. Střízlík begins as a a 10*Plato pale lager built up exclusively with 100% Floor Malted Bohemian Pilsner Malt that undergoes a decoction mash to bring out this malt’s full range of balance and nuanced flavors of sweet Hawaiian rolls and slight nuttiness. 3.7% ABV MORE
