This OG Wilderness brew is a DANGEROUSLY Drinkable, 8.8% Belgian Tripel, with notes of Banana, Clove, and bursting with Fruity Esters from our Lallamand yeast.
Pairing with this easy drinking abbey ale is yet another beautiful creation from Chef David. Brussels Grilled Shrimp consists of shrimp sourced from @santamonicaseafood, lemon zest, chives, and a Belgian ale butter made from a reduction of Tres Alamos itself, all served with a fresh lemon wedge.
